New long-life E-Cut blades with special bi-metal teeth.
- Developed and produced in-house at Bargau (Germany).
- Service life more than 3 times longer than standard E-cut saw blades.
- Does not produce smoke and is not sensitive to occasional nails in the wood (up to 5/32" diameter, non-hardened), masonry coatings, etc.
- Stepped shape for sawing flush to the surface. Can be simply plunged into the material at any point with no clearance necessary behind the work piece.
- Wood cutting tooth pattern for all wood materials up to 2", plasterboard, all plastics, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. Saw blade with high cutting speed, extremely robust, with an extra-long service life.Bimetal saw blades are usually made of two different metal qualities, typically an alloyed, high-temperature spring band steel and a 19-gauge wide stripe of HSS (high speed steel with a hardness of 65-67 measured in Rockwell), which is welded on the back by a laser. The toothing for bimetal saw blades is milled in this HSS stripe.
