Please read these terms before ordering. They apply to every purchase.

1. Resolving problems with carriers is the customer’s responsibility.
2. Custom orders, where you choose the size or color, are not refundable after 24 hours from the time of sale.
3. Electronic components are not refundable — seek warranty directly from the manufacturer.
4. No warranty on wood or composite furniture items.
5. All problems must be called in or texted only to 203-249-7895 within 3 days after the product is received.
6. Personal health items, filters, Smovey and Humidex Dehumidifiers are not refundable at all.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and Canada only. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands ship at a flat $59.99.
